I didn't want to do another Tory for Fun episode, but the night I was publishing Tory for Fun, I came across something that I can't ignore, and quite simply, that's Eleanor hunting Hoppy's profile on the incest Fetish website in which she first made contact with the FBI agent. I don't believe if any of this information has yet been covered by any mainstream news outlet, or any news outlet, blog or website for that matter. I believe that until now, this information was only known to two people, the FBI agent and Eleanor, and I guess you could say the other members of this website. I'm not going to tell you the name of the website, and I'm not going to tell you how I found it because the content, although it's only words, is beyond disturbing and I don't want to share any

1:34 more than is necessary. I'll just say that I had a moment that was similar to the moment in season one. If you've heard that one where I was searching for the Doctor Phil episodes featuring Mark RedWine. It took hours and hours of digging and I had basically given up. And a similar situation happened just a couple of nights ago with the Tory for Fun account. Now I have to hake back something I said in the last episode. I mentioned a Twitter profile named Tory for Fun that I thought might be Eleanor's profile that turned out to be incorrect. After going back to the very beginning of when that account was first created, which took a few hours of scrolling and reading every single tweet, it does appear now that the person behind that Twitter account was in no way related to Eleanor. Now that's not to say that the user name toriy for Fun is in no way related to Eleanor, because we do know that that is the screen name that she used on a messaging app to contact who would turn out to be an FBI agent. I also had one more false positive, which was an adult video website that is quite popular and hosts legal videos. I found a hit for a her name Tory for Fun, but it turned out to be a woman located in the UK and although

3:06 the woman in the videos I found never showed her face, at the very end of one of the clips, she spoke and I heard a very clear British accent, which we know Eleanor did not have a British accent. Now we'll get into what I believe is where at least was Eleanor's account and the content it contains. Now, before I get into this, I want to say all of this is alleged. None of this has proven, and no one named in this podcast, in this episode or in our last episode, has been proven guilty in a court of law, and they should be considered innocent until that happens. Also, I would please ask you never attempt to harass or even contact anyone who's named on this podcast. I do this for educational and entertainment purpose, and it's not to promote harassment or bullying of any kind. I also want to make one quick note that this episode's going to be a little bit different. As you've probably already noticed, I'm talking a little more free form, but I have gone back and edited things so that I'm not just rambling. Now let's get into it. On February twenty eighth, two and twenty three, an account was made named Tito Tory from a female in central Virginia. The profile picture used is of two adult feet,

4:38 and on the left and right side of the adult feet are two pairs of smaller feet children's feet. On March seventh, twenty twenty three, Tito Tori made her first post. She was replying to a welcome thread which said staff have decided to post this sticky as a chance for everyone to say hello. Whether you have been here for a while or you're a new member, drop in and introduce yourself to the rest of us. On behalf of staff, Tito Torri posted, Hey, I'm a single mom raising two daughters in a very open mother daughter relationship. I'm hoping to connect with similar families in Virginia through this forum. Would be amazing to find a father figure to make our family complete. Upon reading this post, my heart immediately was crushed because the one thing I couldn't confirm in the last episode was that Eleanor had been abusing her own daughters. And obviously I still can't confirm that for sure, but the words very open mother daughter relationship makes my skin crawl. There are also two more statements that would match this to Eleanor, the fact that she's located in Virginia, in the fact that she is seeking a father figure for the quote family. As we know, Eleanor had just divorced her husband and so

Their profile picture is a sign for you of a man named Marquis de Sade, who is a French noble in the eighteenth century. He was also an author known for writing erotic fiction that depicted sexual sceneans emphasis on violence, suffering, sex, child crime, and blasphemy. Marquis Assad is the originator of the word sadism.

8:43 to chat. On March seventh, in response to a thread titled anyone into true Incest, Tito Tory wrote quote real in Virginia would love to find a dad daughter in a current relationship nearby too. On March seventh, Tito Tore responded to the post forty nine year old male seeking to have an incest family. This was posted by David Forrester, who said located on the east coast of the US and seeking multiple women to have a real relationship with all the trimmings including having and raising a family together and it being an incest family. I'm a polygamist, so any woman interested would have to be accepting of that.

Also on March seventh, in response to the question in the general discussion board preferred family member, Tito Tore writes, step brother and whichever male cousin he shared me with, and I always loved the training sessions led by my stepfather. This is another moment that crushed me inside. It's the reality lady of child sexual predators. Not every child who was abused goes on to abuse others, but almost every single child abuser, without exception, was abused as a child. That being said, one thing we should make abundantly clear is that just because you were abused, it doesn't give you a free pass to abuse others. Now, this could be roleplay by Tito Tory, but there's a very high likelihood that it's true.

10:33 I haven't spent a ton of time searching for it, but I am quite curious to know who Eleanor Hunton Hoppi's stepfather was. In our next post, we get an explanation for the Tito tor user name. Replying to a post that says, how did you come up with a user name you use on this forum, Tito Tory writes, I was having a long day and could have used a titos and soda instead. I found the site and I definitely improved my mood. And then moments later she writes, and my avatar is a pick of a family in bed together. Before I read this next one, I want you to try to remember in the previous episode, when the woman identified in the court documents as Eleanor stated that she loved anal sex in response to a post by John five to six h eight that says, just read an article that said only one in a million women enjoy anal sex.

11:31 It was an article about what women want in a relationship. I've been married twice and both wives loved anal and both were the ones who first suggested it. I must be phenomenally lucky to hit two women of the million, or that statement in the article is just wrong. So this seems like the perfect place to ask how many women really do enjoy, not just tolerate, anal all responses by men and women appreciate it to where he wrote just three words, I love it. In response to a post that says quote nudity at home question mark, Tito Tori writes, quote for us, it was really easy to just recognize nudity. We all sleep naked, and when we wake up in the morning, we just don't put our clothes on. It's just pretty easy, and let's the rhythm of our day in our relationship flow.

12:24 The last thread I found that Tito Tori posted in was titled post your ID code here for chat. I was expecting to find the user name Tori for Fun, which I actually did find the Tory for Fun screen name in an entirely separate thread, But in this thread, instead of a user name, the Tito Tori account posted a string of sixty six seemingly random letters and numbers. When I look through the rest of this thread, every single user was posting a different version of the sixty six character long phrase. I figured it had to be some kind of user name or code, but I had no idea what too. I consider myself fairly savvy as far as Internet goes, at least for a millennial. I know pretty much every encrypted chat application, or at least I thought I did. It turns out there's actually one I didn't know about, And if you're worried about keeping your chats encrypted, this one seems quite secure. That is, unless you're talking to an FBI agent. I decided to download it and make an account just for the hell of it. What happens when you make an account is you get a seed phrase. It's a series of thirteen random words. For example, when I made mine, a few eye got or cactus, yellow, upgrade, tipsy offend totally random words that essentially becomes your user name. It would be extremely

14:00 hard to crack a code that long. We're talking a supercomputer working non stop for thousands, hundreds of thousands of hours, essentially impossible. Once you log in with your seed phrase, you can choose to create a new conversation. The app will then generate a one time unique sixty six character code. When you share that conversation code with someone else, they can initiate a end to end secure encrypted conversation. Similarly to the seed phrase, sixty six random letters and numbers would be essentially impossible to crack. You can crack a seven digit password in about one minute. You can crack an eight digit password in about one hour, and then it increases exponentially nine digits, three days, ten digits, seven months, eleven digits, forty one years, fourteen digits.

15:01 We're talking nine million years, so you can imagine sixty six digits. We're getting into the length of the existence of the universe. Now, just to try it out, I copy and pasted Tito tories sixty six unique character chat ID code, the one that lets you initiate a conversation. I pasted it into the app and it connected and said send a message to start the conversation, I didn't send a message, and I immediately deleted the application. I'd just like to make a quick note to that just because you have an application like this doesn't mean you're guilty of a crime. In fact, journalists who are working on stories, especially in countries where their government might be less tolerant, often use these kinds of applications. But as supposed mother of two who occasionally did fundraising work for children's organizations, not so much. In my digging, I found something else that I think you would be interested in. It's something I have been searching for basically since I discovered this case, and that was to find some kind of video or audio clip of Eleanor. I think it's important that we remember that the people who commit these horrific crimes are human beings. They exist in a society that we live in, a society that

16:32 we created, in a society that we perpetuate. It would be far too convenient to say they exist somewhere outside of us. It's like the person sitting in traffic who doesn't recognize that they are part of traffic. I truly believe that to rid ourselves of this kind of evil in our society. We have to recognize that it comes from within us. Now, you might say I'm not capable of something like this, and maybe this specific a crime. You are not capable of that, but you are capable of absolutely horrible things. You have the potential within you to commit evil, horrific crimes, and maybe you're just not ready to acknowledge that, and that's okay. But if you have a strong visceral reaction to what I just said, I would encourage you to reflect on it. Now. The location of this video where I found it, was on Facebook, and it's disturbing where I found it, which is on the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America Facebook page. I want to end this episode with the last piece of information I found on Eleanor Hunton Hoppy. This information was gathered by the Daily Progress dot com in an article written by Hawes Spencer, and it's about Eleanor Hoppy's previous arrest. If you recall, in the last episode, we very briefly touched on an incident in two and nineteen when Eleanor Hunton Hoppy was found guilty in absentia of undressing where prohibited. She appealed the case and the charge was dismissed. But at the time we didn't know anything else about this incident. But now Chesterfield County court records revealed that Eleanor's arrest came at the same day and time as the arrest of another man named Andrew Hersey. Andrew Hersey is a photographer who was once based in Charlottesville. He was charged with quote unauthorized commercial enterprise and again that was in the same state park that Eleanor was arrested in. The park is called Pocahontas State Park and is located in Chesterfield, Virginia. It's not far from Richmond, and it's only about an hour and twenty minutes from where Eleanor lived in Charlottesville. I found Andrew Herssey's website, and on the surface,

19:40 he sounds like a fairly normal artistic type, retired sixty three years old, occasionally taking a few photography jobs on the side. Now, the first red flag I saw, and it was a soft red flag, was that Andrew Herssey does artistic nude photography. There's nothing wrong with that, but it got me curious to find out if there were any skeletons in Andrew's closet, specifically if anything might link back to Eleanor. Now, in that respect, I didn't find anything, but I did find something huge in Andrew's past. In twenty sixteen, an undergraduate student at the University of Virginia applied to take part in a nude modeling session that paid around fifteen to twenty dollars per hour.

20:33 These sessions were conducted by defendant Andrew Hersey, who was employed at the Freelan Art Museum on the campus of University of Virginia. This lawsuit was dismissed by a federal judge because the complaint was filed outside the two year statute of limitations, which I believe is unfortunate because the allegations against Andrew Hersey are quite simply discussed. Again, I want to state everyone named in this podcast is innocent until proven guilty. I found this court document in the case of Jane Doe, who I will not name even though she's named in the court case against the University of Virginia. The plaintiff, Jane Doe argued that the court should equitably toll the statute of limitations because the University of Virginia concealed evidence relevant to her claim and because she had been incapacitated during the filing period. The memorandum describes how Jane Doe planned a modeling session for October twenty first of twenty and sixteen. Andrew Hersey told the Jane Doe that he had already booked a model for the group drawing session, and instead he invited her to a quote private session. She agreed and arrived at Hershey's studio near the UVA grounds. They discussed her background and expectations for the modeling session. The Jane Doe under began posing, initially sensing nothing out of the ordinary. She says that the first

22:04 sign of something wrong was when she had her back turn to Andrew and she thought that he might have taken a picture of her on his phone. Then he asked her to quote sit down with her legs spread open and one hand on her stomach. She complied, believing it was a normal part of the session, but then Andrew Hersey began trying to engage in sexual conversation with her. Jane Doe repeatedly attempt to steer the discussion back to art. She says that she sat nude on the stage, stunned and frightened. He then asked her to move to the couch for some reclined positions. He moved her body in different positions, placed her hand on top of a regina, which she moved to cover herself from his gaze. Then Andrew Hersey disrubbed himself completely naked, saying quote, I hope you don't mind. I really prefer to draw while I'm naked. He then continued to draw and made moaning noises and sexual comments. He told Jane Doe that he liked to have his model's masturbate.

23:02 During their sessions, he said that he himself had an erection, and he encouraged her to touch herself if she wanted. She did not respond positively, and then Andrew Hersey repeated his request, which she took as quote more of a demand. Jando said that she believed he was masturbating, but she did not open her eyes to look. At one point, Andrew, still naked, retrieved a drawing from the other room and then approached her to show her it, and in doing so, he positioned his genitals only a few inches away from her face. When she did nothing, he sullenly returned to his desk. The session was finished, Hersey put some money on the table, gestured to it, and then asked her if she wanted to quote hang out for a little bit. Jane Doe quickly declined, got dressed, and left again. This incident happened on October twenty first, twenty sixteen. Four days later, Jando's mother reported the assault to the Dean of Students at UVA.

24:02 UVA sent notices of investigation under Title nine to Percy. This was on November seventh of twenty sixteen. The University of Virginia's investigation unveiled two additional students who had substantially similar allegations. Three months later, UVA sent Jane Doe a letter telling her that they had terminated Andrew Hersey's employment and that he would be barred from university grounds. In twenty twenty one, four years later, Jane Doe claims that she learned for the first time that Andrew Hersey had other sexual harassment allegations against him. She claims that the school never told her that. She also claims that she found out Andrew Hersey was not fired as they had told her, but that they had in fact allowed him to resign. It's at this point, in November of two thousand and twenty one, that Jane Doe decided to file her claim, which was unfortunately dismissed. Now, according to the court documents, the letter that UVA Center said quote Andrew Hersey's employment relationship with the university has ended, so technically that doesn't clearly indicate whether he resigned or had been fired. But still, this whole situation is bizarre, especially since we know this person was arrested while taking erotic photographs in a state park with Eleanor Hunton Hoppy. I want to put a call out there that if anyone has had an experience with Andrew Hersey they would like to talk about,

I have a theory, but I'm about as educated in the law as I am in astrophysics, which is to say not at all. Luckily for us, I have a friend who is well versed in the law. We're going to break down the upcoming legal case against Eleanor hunt In Hoppy, and I'm going to ask him quite a few questions.
